Class Overview:
Winny is a quick, enjoyable quilt to make. Using half yards or fat quarters with background
fabric, you’ll create strip sets and assemble them into blocks while learning to use your
Stripology® rulers with greater confidence and efficiency.
What You’ll Learn:
? Stripology® ruler basics
? Stripology® cutting techniques
? Techniques to save time and improve accuracy
? Use of GEasy ruler stickers for accurate cuts and squared blocks
? Tips for quilt layout and color planning
What to Bring:
Required Supplies:
? Stripology Quickies Book by GE Designs
? Stripology® Squared or Stripology® XL ruler
? Fabric as listed on the pattern for the quilt size you plan to make
? GEasy ruler stickers
? Rotary cutter, 45 mm or 60 mm with a retractable blade
? Cutting mat, 18 x 24 recommended
? Sewing machine and thread
? Basic sewing supplies, such as pins, scissors, and a seam ripper, etc.
Optional Supplies:
? Small iron and pressing mat
? Snacks, lunch, and drinks
