Class Overview:
The Frankie pattern from GE Designs’ Stripology ® Quickies book is a quick, fun and eye-catching quilt
perfect for half yards or fat quarters. This design comes to life when two contrasting accent fabrics
are paired with coordinating fabrics to create a bold, striking look.

What You’ll Learn:
Stripology® Ruler Basics
Stripology® cutting techniques
Piecing techniques for creating accurate blocks
Use of GEasy Ruler stickers to assure accurate, consistent cuts and squaring of blocks
Tips for quilt layout and color planning

What to Bring:
Required: Stripology® Quickies book by GE Designs
Required: Stripology® Squared Ruler (preferred) or Stripology® XL
Required: Yardage for the size quilt you are going to make, as listed on page 81 of
Stripology® Quickies book.
Required: GE Easy Ruler Stickers
Required: Rotary cutter (45mm or 60mm with retractable blade)
Required: Cutting mat (18x24 recommended)
Required: Sewing machine & thread
Required: Basic sewing supplies (pins, scissors, seam ripper, etc.)
Optional: Small iron and pressing mat
Snacks, lunch and drinks

Minimum students to make class is 4.
