Spiral Rope Bowl
Want to create something fun and interesting? Create a rope bowl that has a spiral appearance Using Batiks and your basic knowledge of making rope bowls you can create a spiral bowl that will amaze your friends. This technique is created by weaving the fabric over/under the rope as you spin. How you decide to finish it will make it all the more fabulous.
Requirements:
Working sewing machine with extension table
Open toe foot (Bernina #20)
Jeans needle 100/16
Scissors - thread and rope cutting
Aurifil 50 weight - natural color
Yard stick or measuring tape

¼ yard of Batik - available at Sew Much Fun!
Rotary cutter
Glue stick
Small clips
Beads - optional
