Edge to Edge Quilting in the Embroidery Hoop



Do you love edge to edge quilting, but don't have a longarm machine?  Come learn to how to use your embroidery machine to quilt edge to edge.  You will stitch out 3 columns of quilting using 2 designs in each column.  You will receive a pattern for making a quilted tote out of your class sample.

Supplies:
Book:  Edge to Edge Quilting on Your Embroidery Machine (available at SMF!)
Embroidery Machine in good working order
Hoop (stitch field of at least 6" X 10" - large oval hoop for BERNINA owners)
USB stick to put design on
1/2 yard muslin
1 yard solid colored cotton for front
1 yard solid colored cotton for backing
Craft size Quilter's Dream Request batting
Thread that will show up well on sample fabric
Shape Flex Stabilizer - enough for 2 hoopings (your hoop size plus 1" on each side)
Top-stitch needles #90
Marking pen
Permanent Double Stick Tape
Scissors for cutting fabric
Thread snips
Bobbins with good quality bobbin thread
