Many of you already know and respect Pete; he has been servicing Berninas for approximately 11 years and is very knowledgeable. He will be working in each location every other week on Tuesdays. If you have your machine in the location where he will be working by Monday, he will do his best to get the machine ready for pick-up by Wednesday (assuming no parts need to be ordered). He will be working on a first in, first out basis so please respect that other machines may come before yours and try not to come and visit with him on his Sew Much Fun! day. He understands what your Bernina means to you and works hard to keep you happy.
Please bring ONLY the following when having your machine serviced:
- Machine
- Power Cord
- Foot Control
- #1 foot
- Bobbincase and bobbin
If you are having your embroidery module services, Pete needs your hoop and embroidery foot.
